Sophie Cunningham has been making the most of her time away from stadium lights. Recently, the Indiana Fever guard shared a snap of her dad on Instagram. She hilariously called out her father Jim Cunningham for his quirky habit. According to the WNBA star’s caption, it felt like as if her father is not the only one with that particular couch habit.

Sophie Cunningham is widely known for her fun-loving behavior across the WNBA world and even on social media. This is not the first time she has posted something funny like her dad’s couch habit. Recently, Cunningham even shared a picture with the Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney and made a sarcastic comment about a respective body part.

Sophie Cunningham recently shared a picture of her dad for a hilarious reason on Instagram. According to the Indiana Fever’s guard’s story, her father Jim Cunningham was seen dozing off to sleep on the couch. Cunningham captioned it as,

“Anyone else’s dad too?":

Sophie’s caption clearly gave universal dad behavior vibes on Instagram. However, the popular WNBA star’s sister Lindsey even joked about her during the induction of the Missouri Athletics Hall of Fame in September 2025. After sharing a snap with Sophie and other family members, Lindsey captioned it as, "3.5 of my favorite people in the world!" Despite being a jovial person, Sophie Cunningham has always valued her family. During the Missouri Athletics Hall of Fame, she said,

"You know, it was a special night to be back home in my hometown. My whole family and all my friends were here and so, I did get inducted to the Hall of Fame. But I promise you that this is an award for all of them to get me to where I'm at. I'm so honored and blessed for the platform that I have, but it's nice to be home."

Sophie Cunningham was drafted 13th overall in the 2019 WNBA. After having a great early season, she had to take a backseat due to an MCL tear.
