Celia Imrie had Celebrity Traitors fans in stitches as she broke wind during the latest episode.
The contestants on the BBC programme - which is presented by Claudia Winkleman - were preparing for their challenge on Wednesday's instalment (October 15) when the actress suddenly let rip. The remaining stars couldn't help but burst into laughter, and the incident also entertained viewers.
Several took to X to comment on the amusing incident, with one dubbing it "the TV moment of the year".
The brilliant moment occurred as Claudia had assembled the players in a circle, telling them: "Welcome to the worst team-building away day experience in history."
Yet, as she prepared to carry on, a fart could be heard reverberating around the cabin they were occupying. "What just happened?" the programme host asked with a grin, reports the Daily Record.
Viewers rushed to X (formerly Twitter) to comment on the entertaining scene, with one person chuckling: "Celia Imrie farting on national TV might well be the TV moment of the year. Still giggling."
"It's been five minutes and I can't get over the fact I've seen Celia Imrie fart on TV," remarked another. "Celia Imrie farting MUST win the NTA for Moment of the Year," declared one viewer.
"Celia Imrie winning a BAFTA for best 'on-screen fart' was not something I was expecting this year," quipped another watcher.

Celia, 73, admitted responsibility immediately, declaring "I just farted, Claudia" as the other contestants began to erupt with laughter.
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry," she continued. "It's nerves, but I always own up."
"I always own up, too," Claudia responded, whilst instructing the other players to "settle" down.

Someone else remarked on the platform: "No, I can't have just seen Official National Treasure Celia Imrie fart on national television."
"Genuinely cant stop thinking about the insane timing of that fart," confessed another person.
"Best thing so for... the Celia fart... fecking brilliant," shared another delighted fan.
"I need Celia's fart to be clipped and put on repeat because I just cannot stop rewinding it and laughing," admitted someone else.
