Strictly star Thomas Skinner's twins rushed to hospital after suffering fits in scary ordeal

Thomas Skinner has revealed the terrifying news that his two-year-old twin daughters were rushed to hospital after both suffering fits. The dumped Strictly Come Dancing star took to social media to share the worrying news about daughters, Roma and Dalia.

He explained the tots had ‘spent all night in the hospital’. On Twitter/X, the Essex former The Apprentice star said: "‘We are having a proper s*** time recently. My twins have spent all night in the hospital.

"Thank you to the wonderful NHS for looking after them. Back home with them now. They’ve both now had 2 fits each and it is so so scary."

Users were quick to rush to the post to share well wishes. One user wrote: "So sorry to hear that your beautiful girls have been unwell. I’m glad that the NHS were able to make them well enough to return home. Sending you all hugs xx"

The scary new comes on the week his BBC Strictly adventure came to an abrupt end. He became the first contestant to be eliminated from the 2025 competition after landing in the bottom two with rugby player Chris Robshaw.

But he insists it's not the end of his dancing adventure. On X, he said that he was "gutted" to be out of Strictly - having filmed his final interview on It Takes Two with Amy earlier in the week.

He said on Tuesday's upload: ""Happy Tuesday, you lovely people! Back where I belong, in my trusty Ford Transit van! Been up early, grafting away. Picked up a cracking parcel of men’s designer jumpers this morning, stopped by my local pub and sold a load already!

"Absolutely gutted not to still be on Strictly, but what an amazing experience it was. Met the incredible Amy Dowden and my whole family loves her. She’s an inspirational woman and a proper diamond."

He added: "We filmed our last It Takes Two last night, then went out for a bite to eat and promised each other we’re not stopping dancing!"

And then he revealed he still has plans to continue lessons with Amy, writing: "I’m definitely getting a few more lessons in. Have a brilliant day everyone. keep smiling and keep going. Don’t go home until ya Proud Bosh."

Earlier in the month Tom introduced Strictly star Amy to his family. The dancer was seen mingling with Tom's wife Sinead as well as their three kids.

Thomas and Amy were seen practising their moves in the kitchen and living area of his house before Amy, 35, got stuck in and played with his three children, while also dancing with his twin daughters.

One snap showed Amy and Sinead cuddled up to his children on the sofa before they tucked into their dinner. Tom captioned his post: "Happy Tuesday you lovely people! Had my lovely Strictly partner @amy_dowden come over and meet my little family after we finished training today.

"My Kids absolutely LOVE Amy. She is so good with them, they love her to bits. Bless them. Sinéad made us a double lovely dinner and they are gonna be friends for life. So glad we got introduced to this little Welsh superstar, she is fantastic. Back to training tomorrow morning."
